Communications & Fundraising
If advertising, speaking or fundraising are your
areas of expertise, then we can put your skills to good use. Help market Shelter of Flint from our administrative office or your own home, or consider organizing a fundraiser.

Client & Child Care Services
If you enjoy working with children, or are studying in the field of Social Work, volunteering at the Shelter of Flint can be a good way to gain first hand experience. Spend time doing activities with children or teach one of our many workshops.

Immediate Openings
We have an immediate need for child care services Monday - Thursday, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., Tuesday & Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings. We have an immedaite need for an intern or skilled volunteer to help with fundraising, special events and newsletters. Interested volunteers please call Anne Grantner at (810) 238-4711 ext. 304.

Maintenance/Renovations
If you enjoy working with your hands, then this is where we need you! Opportunities are available for activities such as repairs, painting, clean ups and gardening.
